The stepped design fits my jig perfectly and the markings for 1/2", 3/4", and 1 1/2" are clear enough to set without squinting. Swapped out my old bit mid-project and it drilled clean holes through some oak without any tear-out.

Swapped out a dull bit for this one and the etched markings are a lifesaver—I can set the depth for 1/2", 3/4", or 1 1/2" material without digging for a manual. Cuts through pine and plywood cleanly, no tear-out on the back side. Should've upgraded ages ago.
