Pocket-Hole Jig 320

Finally got my workshop bench drawers done this weekend, and the thickness stops for 19 mm plywood were dead-on every single time—no fiddly measuring. Setup took me maybe two minutes out of the box, and the clamp held firm even on the 38 mm boards.

I was skeptical about how portable this thing would be, but it’s genuinely compact and locks down solid on my workbench. Setting up for the 38 mm stop took seconds, and the joint came out perfectly aligned the first try.

The thickness stops for 13 mm and 19 mm board are dead-on, so I didn't have to fiddle with a ruler once. Even my first joint came out tight and clean, which is more than I can say for my last attempt with a drill and a prayer.
