The hex wrenches that come in the set fit the set screws perfectly, so no hunting for the right Allen key. The collars slide on smoothly and the locking mechanism holds firm at depth, which makes repeat holes way more consistent.

The depth stop collars lock down tight on my 1/4" and 3/8" bits without any slipping mid-drill, and the two hex wrenches mean I always have one within reach on the bench. It's a solid little set for the money.
