35mm Concealed Hinge Bit

I’ve used a lot of hinge bits over the years and this one’s shank fit my jig’s drill guide without any wobble. The shoulder stopped at the exact depth every time, so all my doors hung flush without tweaking.

The shoulder on this bit is dead-on accurate—my stop collar sat flush every single time, no fiddling. Cuts through oak ply without any burning, and the shank locked into my jig guide like it was made for it. Third door hinge today and all three sit perfectly recessed.
