3/8" Specialty Beading Bit - M

The profile it leaves is crisp and uniform, and the 3/8-inch depth matched my notching bit perfectly on the first pass. Ran it through oak without any chatter or burning, so I'm glad I picked this up for the matching M-shape detail.

Cut the first test piece in scrap pine and the M profile came out crisp with almost no tear-out on the bottom edge. Paired it with the matching notching bit and the joint fits together tighter than I expected for a 3/8" profile.

It’s a decent bit for the price, and the 3/8" depth matches my Kreg notching bits without any adapter fuss. But I wish the “M” profile came out a bit crisper on the edges—took some sanding to clean up. Works fine for basic trim, just don’t expect a perfect finish straight off the router.
