The S-curve profile came out clean and consistent across a full test board, and the 3/8" depth is exactly what I needed to match my notching setup. It's pricey for a single bit, but the finished edge looks so much better than my old straight beading attempt.
Pairing this with a 3/8" notching bit made the whole S-profile process effortless, and the depth control was spot-on every pass. I’ve run it through a few different boards and the shape stays crisp with no burning.
The cut is remarkably clean and consistent along the entire depth, and the S-profile seats perfectly against the notching bit I already own. Took a few test passes on scrap to dial in the feed rate, but once I did, it made short work of a whole drawer front run.
