Jigg for dørhengsling

I was dreading hand-chiseling hinge mortises on six new doors, but this jig made the whole job feel almost automatic. The adjustable corner radius dial saved me so much time matching my existing 5-inch hinges, and the depth stops were spot-on right out of the box.

First time using a jig for mortising and the depth setting dials made it foolproof—got perfect hinge seats on all six doors without any tear-out. The latch routing template for 1-3/4" doors lined up exactly right, so I’m actually looking forward to the next trim job.

Finally got the mortise depth dialed in on the first try, and the corner radius adjustment saved me from having to freehand any tricky edges. The latch routing for my 1-3/4" door was spot-on too, which makes this jig feel like a real time-saver.
