Crosscut Station

The MDF base is a lifesaver—it’s already got a few kerf marks but still keeps every cut splinter-free, even on the 305 mm max width. Cuts through 38 mm stock cleanly, and the backboard means I don’t stress about ruining my table. A bit of setup time, but worth it.

The 45° miter cuts come out perfectly square every time, and the MDF base takes the splintering out of crosscuts that used to ruin my plywood. It handles the full 305 mm width without any wobble, which is exactly what my workshop needed.

Finally got one of these after borrowing a friend's and the sacrificial MDF base is a game changer, no more chipped edges. Cuts up to 305mm wide which handles my larger boards without breaking out the table saw. The backboard keeps everything square too, already saved me from a couple of crooked cut
