Pairing this with a 3/8" notching bit made the whole S-profile process effortless, and the depth control was spot-on every pass. I’ve run it through a few different boards and the shape stays crisp with no burning.
The cut is remarkably clean and consistent along the entire depth, and the S-profile seats perfectly against the notching bit I already own. Took a few test passes on scrap to dial in the feed rate, but once I did, it made short work of a whole drawer front run.
The profile it cuts is perfectly crisp, and that S-shape is exactly 3/8" deep as promised. It paired cleanly with my existing notching bit, so the joinery lined up without any fuss.
