Routing these into my workbench took maybe ten minutes, and now the clamps sit flush when I need them or pop out smoothly when I don't. The fact that I can switch between clamping and a flat surface without unscrewing anything is a huge time-saver for my projects.

The flush surface after removing the clamp is exactly what I needed for my workbench—routing it into the plywood took only a few minutes, and now it sits perfectly level. Clamping pressure is solid whenever the bench clamp is inserted.
