The plunge-cut action on this thing is buttery smooth, and paired with the guide track it makes dead-straight cuts in plywood feel almost effortless. Even the dust shroud does a solid job of keeping the shop from looking like a snowstorm.

The six-speed brushless motor handles plywood like butter, and the plunge action is so smooth it feels effortless. Paired with the 62" guide track, my cuts are straight and clean every single time.

The shroud really does keep the dust down—I ran it along the guide track on a sheet of plywood and barely had to wipe anything off afterward. The brushless motor has plenty of pull even at the lower speed settings, and the plunge depth adjustment is dead simple to dial in.
