Finally a jig that doesn’t wobble on my narrow 1-inch trim pieces. The 33% smaller holes are barely visible after filling, and it handles 1/2-inch stock without splitting.

I’m always repairing narrow trim pieces, so the fact that this kit handles stock down to 1 inch wide is a lifesaver—my old jig just couldn’t grip anything that small. The smaller 33% pocket holes are barely noticeable on the finished piece, which makes it perfect for quick furniture fixes.

The guide holes come out so much cleaner on my 1/2" plywood repairs, and the smaller diameter means I can finally work on those skinny 1" strips without splitting them. It’s a bit of a learning curve to align the jig, but once you get the hang of it, the results are dead-on.
