The stop collar locks in place with the hex wrench in about five seconds, and the bits have held up through a dozen joints on my micro jig. The 33% smaller holes are perfect for trim work where I didn't want a standard pocket screw to show.
The hex wrench that comes with it is a nice touch, saved me from digging through my toolbox. Works fine with my micro jig to get those smaller pocket holes, though the stop collar feels a bit plasticky. Does the job for small projects, just wish it came with a case.
